You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. You can find your placed Orders under Order page in your account dashboard.

If you have an issue with your received item, you can request a customer care’s help by contacting us through an email help@checkout48.com Once the issue has been verified, a pick up date will be agreed upon.

1. INITIATE A RETURN

Return via contact form , or through an email help@checkout48.com. You can initiate a return if you receive wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit items.

2. PREPARE THE ITEM

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
3. DROP OFF YOUR ITEM OR SCHEDULE A PICK-UP
Return the item at our Outlet or we can pick up from you within 1-3 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.
4. REPLACEMENT PROCESSED
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement within 10 business days.

As the name “Checkout48” suggests, all order placed will received within 48 working hours.

We provide 7 days warranty for our products as our products are thoroughly tested before being shipped out.
